Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) are processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00pm EST, on weekends, or on federal holidays are processed the following business day.
During high-volume periods (sale events, new product launches), processing time may extend to the next business day. Any delays beyond normal processing will be communicated via email.
Order before 2:00pm EST Monday-Friday for same-day fulfillment. Your tracking number will be emailed within 30-60 minutes of carrier pickup.
CoreChems ships exclusively within the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.

Free standard shipping is automatically applied to qualifying orders at checkout. The $200 threshold applies to the order subtotal before taxes.
All CoreChems peptides ship as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder in sealed, nitrogen-purged glass vials. Lyophilized peptides are stable at room temperature during transit and do not require refrigerated shipping.
Upon receipt, store vials at -20°C for long-term stability (up to 24 months). Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, refrigerate and use within 30 days.
All orders ship in plain, unmarked outer packaging. The exterior of the package will not reference CoreChems, our brand, or the contents in any way. The return address uses a generic fulfillment entity name.
Packing slips included inside the package reference the compound names in scientific notation only (CAS numbers and compound names, not colloquial terms).
A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent within 30-60 minutes of carrier pickup. Tracking information typically becomes active within 2-4 hours of the email being sent.

If your tracking shows no movement for 5 or more business days, contact us at contact@corechems.com. We will initiate a carrier investigation on your behalf.
For packages marked as delivered but not received, allow 24 hours as carriers sometimes prematurely scan packages as delivered. If the package does not arrive within 24 hours of the delivery scan, contact us and we will file a claim with the carrier.
CoreChems is not responsible for delays caused by carrier errors, weather events, natural disasters, or other circumstances outside of our control. However, we will work to find a resolution in all cases.
CoreChems does not currently ship internationally. We ship exclusively to addresses within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories). International shipping is not available due to regulatory complexities surrounding research compound exports.
