Products and Quality
What purity level can I expect from CoreChems peptides?+

All CoreChems peptides are independently tested and verified at 99%+ purity via HPLC analysis. Our average batch purity across all active inventory is 99.3%. Every batch has a Certificate of Analysis available on our Lab Reports page before it ships.

Who tests your compounds, and what methods are used?+

We partner with accredited, independent third-party analytical chemistry laboratories - not our own in-house lab. Testing methods include Reverse-Phase HPLC for purity quantification, ESI mass spectrometry for identity confirmation, LAL assay for endotoxin levels, and Karl Fischer titration for water content.

How are peptides stored and packaged?+

All peptides are stored lyophilized (freeze-dried) at -20°C in our facility. Orders ship as lyophilized powder in sealed, nitrogen-purged glass vials with protective foam inserts and desiccant packets. Lyophilized peptides are stable at room temperature during transit and maintain stability for 24+ months when stored at -20°C upon receipt.

Do you offer custom synthesis or bulk quantities?+

Yes. We offer custom synthesis for institutional researchers and bulk pricing for qualified organizations. Contact us at contact@corechems.com with your specifications, quantities, and timeline. We typically respond to custom inquiries within 1-2 business days.

Are your products tested for endotoxins?+

Yes. Every batch is tested for bacterial endotoxins using the Limulus Amebocyte Lysate (LAL) assay. Our acceptance criterion is less than 1 EU/mg. Endotoxin results are included in each batch's Certificate of Analysis.

Ordering and Account
Who can purchase from CoreChems?+

CoreChems products are available to qualified researchers, licensed professionals, and institutions. Purchasers must be 21 years of age or older and acknowledge that products are for research use only (RUO). By completing a purchase, you represent that you are a qualified researcher and that the compounds will be used solely for legitimate research purposes.

What payment methods do you accept?+

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). All transactions are processed through a PCI-compliant payment gateway with 256-bit SSL encryption. We do not store card numbers on our servers.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?+

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement by contacting our team immediately at contact@corechems.com. After this window, orders typically enter fulfillment and cannot be modified. Same-day shipping orders have a tighter cancellation window as they are prioritized for immediate processing.

Shipping and Delivery
How long does shipping take?+

We offer flat rate shipping via USPS Priority Mail for $15.99, with estimated delivery in 2-5 business days. Orders over $200 qualify for free shipping. Orders placed before 2pm EST Monday-Friday qualify for same-day fulfillment.

Do you ship internationally?+

At this time, CoreChems ships exclusively within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). International shipping is not available due to regulatory complexities surrounding research compound exports. We are exploring compliant international fulfillment options and will announce availability when it becomes available.

Is packaging discreet?+

Yes. All orders ship in plain, unmarked outer packaging with no reference to CoreChems or the contents on the exterior. The sender name used on labels is a generic fulfillment entity.

How do I track my order?+

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. You can also visit our Order Tracking page and enter your order number and email address to view real-time status. Tracking updates within 2-4 hours of carrier pickup.

What if my order arrives damaged?+

If your package arrives visibly damaged, photograph the package immediately and contact us within 24 hours at contact@corechems.com. We will arrange replacement or refund on a case-by-case basis. Lyophilized peptides are stable at room temperature during transit, so temperature is not a concern for sealed vials.

Lab Reports and CoA
Where can I find Certificates of Analysis?+

All CoA documents are available on our Lab Reports page, searchable by compound name or batch number. CoA documents are also included in your order confirmation email alongside the specific batch number for your shipment.

Can I request a CoA for a specific batch number?+

Yes. Search directly on our Lab Reports page using your batch number. If you cannot locate the document, email us at contact@corechems.com with your order number and batch ID and we will provide the document within 24 hours.

How often are batches retested?+

Every new production batch receives a full panel test before it enters inventory. Additionally, we conduct periodic retesting of long-standing inventory at 12-month intervals to verify ongoing stability and purity. We do not ship product from batches that fail retest criteria.

Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy?+

Due to the nature of research compounds, we do not accept returns. All sales are final. However, we stand behind our purity guarantee. If a compound does not meet the specifications stated in its CoA, contact us and we will investigate and provide a resolution including replacement or refund where appropriate. See our full returns policy for details.
