Policy

Due to the nature of research compounds, we maintain a strict all-sales-final policy. However, we stand behind our purity guarantee unconditionally.

All Sales Are Final

CoreChems does not accept returns of any research compounds under any circumstances. This policy exists for several important reasons:

  • Once a vial leaves our facility, we cannot verify it has been stored correctly.
  • Returned compounds present research integrity and safety risks.
  • We cannot guarantee the identity or condition of returned materials.
  • Regulatory requirements governing research compound handling prohibit acceptance of returns.

We ask that all purchasers review product specifications carefully before ordering. Our team is available to answer questions about specific compounds prior to purchase at contact@corechems.com.


Purity Guarantee

CoreChems Purity Guarantee

Every compound we sell is tested and certified at 99%+ purity by an independent third-party laboratory. The Certificate of Analysis (CoA) for each batch is publicly available on our Lab Reports page. If any compound you receive does not meet the specifications stated in its batch CoA, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will provide a full replacement or refund. No argument. No runaround.

This guarantee applies to purity and identity - the compound delivered matches the compound ordered at the stated purity level. It does not apply to changes of mind, incorrect size selection, or ordering errors on the part of the purchaser.


Damaged or Compromised Shipments

If your order arrives in a physically damaged state, do not use the compounds and contact us immediately.

To process a claim for a damaged shipment:

  • Photograph the outer packaging before opening, including any visible damage
  • Photograph the inner packaging and contents
  • Email all photos to contact@corechems.com with your order number within 24 hours of delivery

We will review the claim and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. Claims submitted more than 24 hours after delivery or without photographic evidence may not qualify for resolution.


Missing or Incorrect Items

If your order is missing items or contains incorrect compounds, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the discrepancy. We will ship the correct or missing items at no charge via expedited shipping.

Contact for All Claims

Email contact@corechems.com with your order number and photos (where applicable). We respond to all claims within 4 business hours during Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm EST.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement if they have not yet entered fulfillment. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at contact@corechems.com with your order number in the subject line.

Same-day shipping orders are prioritized for immediate fulfillment and may enter processing before the 1-hour window expires. We cannot guarantee cancellation for these orders but will make every effort to accommodate the request.

Once an order has been fulfilled and handed to a carrier, it cannot be cancelled.
